Situated a short distance from the North coast of Wales, the Surf Snowdonia Adventure Parc is the ideal place to set up base camp for exploring the Welsh wilderness and surfing up a storm. Your home for the night will be one of their environmentally friendly glamping pods, fitted out with lighting, electrical sockets and underfloor heating so you can be sure of a comfy night with the great outdoors just a layer of well-insulated wooden wall away. Outside of the pod, you’ll each start to learn to surf with a Level 1 surfing lesson provided by the Surf Snowdonia Surf Academy on the site’s artificial lagoon, where the waves are guaranteed at the push of a button! After your lesson you can either enjoy the other site facilities or head out to discover the nearby scenery.

On arrival at the Surf Snowdonia Adventure Parc you’ll check in at reception before being shown to your glamping pod for the duration of your stay. From there you’ll be free to use your time as you wish, signing up for some on-site activities (please note this is at an additional cost) or heading out into the countryside and Snowdonia National Park to enjoy some of the breathtaking scenery that Wales is famous for. Your pod has heating, lighting and electrical sockets, but no bedding, so don’t forget to bring your sleeping bags/bedding and pillows! On your chosen day you’ll each be treated to a Level 1 Surfing Lesson from one of the Surf Snowdonia Surf Academy’s resident pros, consisting of safety training, surfing position as well as how to catch a wave before moving on to maximising the wave’s potential. We can’t guarantee you’ll be a pro by the end, but you’ll definitely be better than when you started. Wetsuits are available for hire at an additional cost. There are lots of options for dining too, with a café and restaurant on-site as well as lots of nearby pubs and hidden gems to discover!
