Now in its tenth year, Congleton Food & Drink Festival is organised by a small team of experienced volunteers on an entirely not-for-profit basis. Entry to the festival is free and it’s located in a fascinating corner of eastern Cheshire, home to both Little Moreton Hall and Jodrell Bank Telescope. With around 100 carefully curated stalls, both local and national, visitors can look forward to a mouth-watering range of artisanal foods and drink. Plus, there’s a tempting selection of street foods from every corner of the globe. The Town Hall ‘Theatre of Tastes’ will be hosting a programme of demonstrations by South Cheshire College, and there’ll be live music, street theatre and activities for kids, too.
